What are the pricing plans for Bulk Apply?

We offer two plans for single users: Basic and Unlimited. For more details, please visit our pricing page.

For enterprise users (staffing consultancies) with fluctuating numbers of bench sales each month, we provide flexible options for upgrading and downgrading profiles (resumes) as needed. Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a one-day free trial period for single users and detailed pricing information is available on our website.
How can I upgrade or cancel my subscription?
To upgrade or cancel your subscription, click on “Manage Plan” on the left side panel after logging into your account.
What happens if my subscription expires?
If your subscription expires, the automation of job applications will stop. Services will resume once payment is made.
How do I reset my password or recover my account?
To reset your password or recover your account, click on Sign In and then select Forgot Password. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your email.

At Bulk Apply, we strive to provide high-quality services to help you in your job search. We understand that there may be situations where you may seek a refund. Below are the terms under which refunds will be processed. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@bulkapply.ai.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Non-Delivery: If the service is not delivered within 24 hours because of an issue on our part, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a system error, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate charges.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after the service has been initiated or completed.
  • After the Trial Period Ends: Once the trial period has concluded and the service has been fully activated, refunds will not be provided. We encourage users to fully utilize the trial period to evaluate the service before committing to a subscription. If you are unsatisfied, please ensure to cancel the service before the trial period ends to avoid any charges.
  • Successful Submission of 10 Job Applications: If our automation tool successfully submits 10 or more job applications on your behalf, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the outcomes of those applications.
  • Incorrect Information Submission by User: If incorrect information was provided by the user, leading to unsuccessful job applications, refunds will not be granted.
  • External Factors: We are not responsible for the outcomes of the job applications submitted, as these depend on the employers’ decisions and external factors. Refunds will not be issued based on job application outcomes.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support at support@bulkapply.ai within 7 days of the issue. Provide your order number, reason for the refund, and any relevant documentation or screenshots.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received, we will evaluate the eligibility based on the criteria above. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
