I am facing issues with job applications. What should I do?
If you encounter problems with job applications, please contact Bulk Apply’s support team via email at support@bulkapply.ai or initiate chat located on the bottom right corner of the screen. The support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM EST.
Bulk Apply is not working on a specific job site. How can I fix it?
Check if the automated portals are connected, check the profile settings like job titles, ATS Scores, additional URLs, scheduler, etc and click on apply now.
Other possibility is that the job portal (dice, linkedin, etc) is down.
If issue is not resolved, ping us in chat for support.
Does Bulk Apply work on mobile devices?
Bulk Apply is a web-based application designed to work seamlessly on any device using the Chrome browser. There is no need to install additional tools.

What are the options for upgrading and downgrading plans?

What are Discovery Jobs?
Apart from the Automated portals, Job applications from other portals is listed for easy access. Click on the link to open the Job description, other details and can apply manually if its applicable.
Do we get any notifications when a job is applied?
Yes, you will receive an email notification each time the system submits an application for you, along with details about the job and company.
Are consolidated reports sent?
BulkApply sends an consolidated report of Jobs applied on portals after each automation is completed.
Why are most jobs skipped? Does it check ATS scores, etc.?
The Jobs with Low ATS Scores (as per the profile settings), would be skipped.
It is adviced to select 50% ATS Scores for better results applying all the Jobs with 50% and above ATS Scores.
