Eligibility for Refunds
Service Non-Delivery: If the service is not delivered within 24 hours because of an issue on our part, you are entitled to a full refund.
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a system error, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate charges.
Non-Refundable Situations
Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after the service has been initiated or completed.
After the Trial Period Ends: Once the trial period has concluded and the service has been fully activated, refunds will not be provided. We encourage users to fully utilize the trial period to evaluate the service before committing to a subscription. If you are unsatisfied, please ensure to cancel the service before the trial period ends to avoid any charges.
Successful Submission of 10 Job Applications: If our automation tool successfully submits 10 or more job applications on your behalf, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the outcomes of those applications.
Incorrect Information Submission by User: If incorrect information was provided by the user, leading to unsuccessful job applications, refunds will not be granted.
External Factors: We are not responsible for the outcomes of the job applications submitted, as these depend on the employers decisions and external factors. Refunds will not be issued based on job application outcomes.
Normal User vs. Enterprise Terms
Normal Users:
Profile Creation: Normal users are allowed to create and manage only one profile on our platform. This profile can be used to submit job applications as per the standard service offerings.
Support Priority: Normal users receive standard support, which includes assistance via email during regular business hours. Response times may vary depending on the volume of support requests.
Enterprise Users:
Profile Creation: Enterprise users have the ability to create and manage multiple profiles on our platform. This feature allows enterprise users to submit job applications for multiple candidates or across different job search criteria simultaneously.
Support Priority: Enterprise users receive priority support, which includes faster response times, dedicated account management, and access to support through multiple channels, including phone and chat.
Service Connectivity
If our bulk apply service becomes disconnected from a specific job portal or platform, job applications will not be submitted until the connection is restored. Users are responsible for regularly checking the connection status to ensure ongoing job applications.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our website or services, your breach of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any law or regulation.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the respected laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction.
